Throughout her 20+ years of service to others, Rachel has pursued the mastery of customer service, interpersonal relations, conflict resolution and mediation, administrative tasks, office management, leadership and all forms of communication. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with an emphasis in Business Management and supports schools and associations in their mission to serve their students more efficiently.

Pachi Solano has 10 years of experience in the education field and is a specialist in teacher professional development, educational research, social education, instructional design, and digital teaching. Based in Dominican Republic, she builds relationships with schools and helps them see the value in adopting a simpler payment platform.
